🎵 Lesson Times
Reduced Rate Daytime Casual

Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Regular Term and Casual Lessons

Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🎵 École Rock & Roll Times

Sunday: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM

Sunday: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Sunday: 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM

Sunday: 3:30 PM– 5:00 PM
📅 School Holidays

Closed on all public holidays (lessons charged at pro-rata term rates).

7 terms per year – each 5 or 6 weeks long.

Christmas Holidays & March Break

We assume term students will not have lessons during these breaks.

If you wish to continue, contact us to arrange holiday lessons (billed at casual rates).

Note: You will be notified of the e-transfer password upon confirmation of your place.

All lessons are prepaid. Payment is due once your booking is confirmed.

No refunds – all lessons are transferable.

Lesson credits do not carry over to new terms.
📖 Term Lessons

Term dates are set by Mash Musique.

All terms are 5 or 6 weeks long.

New students joining mid-term may pay a pro-rated fee if they also sign up for the following term at the same time.
🔄 Rescheduling & Cancellations
Term Students

Same time each week for the full term.

Lessons must be taken within the same term (no carryover).

Rescheduling: Contact us at least 24 hours in advance to:

Arrange an alternate time (subject to availability), or
-
Switch to a live video lesson.

Rescheduling is the student/parent’s responsibility.

If no suitable time is available, the lesson is forfeited.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice forfeit the lesson fee.
Casual Students

May reschedule to another time with at least 24 hours’ notice.
👩🏫 Teacher Illness
If your teacher is sick or unavailable, you will receive:

A free lesson voucher, or
-
A credit toward your next term fees.
🤒 Student Illness Policy

Stay home if you are sick.

If you feel well enough, you can switch to a live video lesson.

If you cannot attend, contact us as soon as possible to arrange a reschedule.

For ongoing illness or injury (e.g., broken arm), we will hold your lessons in credit until you can resume.

All lessons are transferable.

We believe music education should be accessible to everyone.
